What travels and what does not
Ganthiya and fafda are fried each morning and are good for hours, not days. Any box holding them is delivered inside Ahmedabad only, and the box tells you the moment you add one.
Khakhra, roasted namkeen, mukhwas, mathiya and dry fruit sweets keep for weeks, so those boxes go anywhere in India.
