I purchased kaju katli yesterday, but unfortunately, the taste was very poor and did not seem fresh. Two members of my family felt nauseous and vomited after eating it. This was a very disappointing experience, and based on it, I cannot recommend Chetna Gathiya. I hope they improve their quality and freshness standards.

Excellent place to buy local gujrati food items. Khakra, Pickles, Sweets, Jalebi Fafda with good chutney. Shop is clean and well maintained.
Its also near to Gurukul Metro stattion. Ease of transport. This shop lies in the middle of shopping hub.

Very disappointing experience. Not authentic at all.
I have bought fafda jalebi from this place a few times earlier, but my recent visit was a big letdown. It is very clear that they are not using pure groundnut oil. Anyone from the Saurashtra region knows that authentic fafda is always fried in groundnut oil, both for taste and quality.
The oil they are using now looks dark and thick, almost like motor oil. Because of this, the fafda taste is heavy and unpleasant, nothing like real Saurashtra-style fafda. On top of that, their prices are higher than other sellers who actually use pure groundnut oil, which makes no sense at all.
If you are someone who truly cares about authentic taste and quality, especially if you belong to the Saurashtra region, I strongly suggest avoiding this place. You will not get real groundnut oil fried fafda here, and the quality does not justify the price.

It was my first visit. I was planning to buy sweets from kunal sweets next door and end up entering in this outlet. It was neat and tidy. Well maintained outlet we can say.
However, one angry customer showed up who was complaining about rotten chinese samosa. It was wierd to me and could be for anyone, imagine that's your first visit and you encounter similar scenario.
So far no complaints, all sweets were good, khakhara and yellow banana chips were good. Will visit again.
